Do you only counsel on Fridays?

No! Friday is my maiden name, but I see clients Monday - Friday. 

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Not at this time. Please know that I am committed to providing quality virtual counseling services.

How much does a counseling session cost?

I charge $125 per 50 minute session. Payment will be due in full at the end of each session. It's my priority to make counseling accessible and offer flexible rates when needed. If you are unable to pay the full fee and need a discounted rate, we can discuss this option during your phone consultation or the intake appointment.

Do you accept insurance? 

I am not paneled with any insurance companies at this time, but I am happy to provide you with a super bill that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please consult with your insurance provider for details on your mental health coverage.

What should I expect for my first session?

I will briefly go over the intake paperwork, answer any questions you might have, and spend the rest of the session getting to know you and exploring your counseling goals.
